Call of Duty: Black Ops II does enough to put itself above its predecessors without alienating series veterans who have come to expect certain things from the franchise. The new Scorestreaks, Pick 10 system, and campaign changes have made this a good step in the right direction.

Quick Take: Treyarch did not skimp on porting Black Ops 2 to Wii U. Jon finds this is THE version to own.

I don't get why everyone seems to complain about the fact that a new Call of Duty game comes out every year? Yes an annual release makes it look like the same product over and over again but I am one of those who enjoys playing them.

More like lukewarm revenge You are logged out. Login | Sign up Treyarch loves occasionally goofy maps, and Rush is no exception. It takes place at a paintball joint, complete with an indoor and outdoor arena, as well as a small shop with various paintball gear littered about.

Easily the best of the franchise so far, Treyarch have managed to create a well balanced multiplayer and a fun single player. The engine is a bit old now, so it doesn't quite have the sparkle it once did. The AI is a big letdown at times.

This is a fantastic game

I like CoD games - so I have that as a bias. I haven't gotten very far in the storyline but from what I've played so far, it's great bouncing from the recent past 1980's to a not too distant future where drone combat and technology have an impact on the batlefield.

The developers at Treyarch are asked every two years to produce a better game than the last. If the last game they produced was any other game, their task would be a much simpler one, however, this year they attempt to improve upon the wildly successful Call of Duty Black Ops.
