" Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare " is a refreshingly updated Call of Duty game, and one that comes as a very pleasant surprise. Not only does it look significantly better than last year's game, but it also plays significantly better too, with a great range of cool weapons and enhanced mobility.

I'm not really sure it's ever accurate to say that there's a lot riding on each yearly Call of Duty . At this point, it's unstoppable; not that anyone would really want to stop it. After all, they're all various shades of great.

You all know me; I'm a huge Call of Duty fan. I play it all the time and even go as far as enjoying the campaign modes. Yes I know the majority of what a CoD game consists of is multiplayer, but I always thought of the story as being as entertaining as any summer blockbuster movie.

Unfortunately, while the title sold pretty well, it failed to generate that much hype, so Activision is now hoping that Sledgehammer Games and its Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will take the series to new heights in terms of popularity amongst fans.

Simply throwing a robot suit onto Call of Duty could have been a lazy path to making Advanced Warfare seem different from what we've played before, but the way Sledgehammer has integrated its enhanced abilities and choices into every aspect of how we fight went above and beyond.
