…Or not. As the case may be with Advanced Warfare. There are two ways to look at Activision's (and Sledgehammer's) latest Call of Duty. They either know that the series needed a bit of a facelift and something different to the usual, or it has seen Titanfall and wanted some of that action.

Before purchasing this game I heard a lot of negative criticism surrounding it. The only other COD game I had played was ghosts. As I was relatively new to COD I decided to purchase advanced warfare. I expected the game to he not very good as I had heard a lot of negative reviews.

With a strong campaign and multiplayer that rejuvenates the fun of a tiring formula, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is everything Ghosts should have been. So first off, my CoD history goes as far as zombies on black ops 1, and survival on modern warfare 3. I by no means am drawn to the MP across any of the CoD games because I am and always will be terrible at it.

Brilliant graphics, intense gameplay, easy controls, it is a all in one package...... If only the campaign was longer..... beginners will enjoy it, but pros may be able to wrap it up in 4 hrs. Multiplayer in fabulous.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision, is the eleventh (primary) instalment in the Call of Duty series. This time, taking a leap from Titanfall , the game is set in the battlegrounds of the future.

This game was absolutely astounding. The last few Call of Dutys have fallen into the well-known trap for FPS games at this point; the same boring routine of shoot 'em up, followed by the same boring multiplayer, and the perpetual tedium of badly scripted co-op.

I enjoyed Advanced Warfare for what it is worth. The controls are classic and easy to use. The graphics are top notch on my PS4. The story - well that is my only issue with this game. I'm a original Call of Duty gamer and have played through them all.
