Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Multiplayer feels wonderfully fresh, thanks to the added agility of Exo Suit boosting. Sadly, though, co-op is unimaginative, and the story fails to satisfy when compared to previous installments.

Massive multiplayer offering; Fresh gameplay mechanics in single and multiplayer; Outstanding visuals

Underwhelming campaign; Unimaginative co-op setting

Despite looking through the other reviews here I really liked this game and think this is where the franchise started to pick back up after the release of Ghosts which I thought was awful.

Hard-core team death match...

I love the call of duty series. It's the only game i play on my ps4 and the only game that keeps my attention long enough. I feel the maps need to have more areas for snipers to hide in though, so we can pop off all the players just running around shooting anything that moves.

Wonderful game! Bought this in 2015... So glad I have. Love the strafing and exotic zombies... Purchases all for the ps3 and they had gave us a chance to get all the purchased dlc for our ps4 store... So we were able to just use the dlc for ps4 instead of rebuying em... Was a great deal...

HORRIBLE MULTIPLAYER

Multiplayer feels like Black Ops 2 just not as good. NewEgg sent this game to me after Day Zero so I missed my double XP, even though I paid for shipping and ordered it a month ago. This purchase was a real disappointment.

Campaign is pretty good Story is good and graphics are great

Multiplayer is a nightmare; The whole game lags(even while in the lobby); Constantly locks up my console; My clan is having the same issues; Graphics don't look as good as campaign; Sound quality is poor.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is set in the year 2054, so it's 40 years since the world wars currently being raged, and things haven't improved on that front. In fact, they're getting worse as insurgent technology gets better – the enemy being the KVA, led by Joseph Chkheidze, aka "Hades".

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare – The (singleplayer) Verdict

Kevin Spacey, double-jumping and the (near) future. Yup, Call of Duty is back and better than ever. I've completed the singleplayer half of the game, I've enjoyed it, I've thought about many ways in which things could be improved and this is my Verdict.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Review

Advanced Warfare puts together the most compelling competitive online multiplayer package the series has seen in years. The same can't be said for campaign or co-op, but does it really matter

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare review

Every year, Call of Duty gives me an existential crisis. Every year I review the new entry in the series and, every year since Modern Warfare, it's been more or less the same game, barring a few surface changes that only the dedicated fanbase will notice.
