There is no question that Burberry London is a gentleman, which is the classic representation of British chic. This cologne starts out soft and light, but then overpowers that with a strength that is more memorable than even the base of the perfume, and more lingering.

This is a very nice scent. This opens as spicey but dries down to a nice Tobacco smell. This is not harsh, not overpowering. Very subtle scent. Smells more expensive than its price. Blind buy worthy if you are in to Tobacco smell.

Doesn't Hold

I blind bought this a few years ago when I was a fragrance novice. Back then I was young and dumb. Only interested in the fast moving high life fragrance such as Bleu de Chanel. This simply didn't smell so inspiring to me. So I left it in my dresser. Fast forward about a year I gave it another try.

I really love Burberry London by Burberry for my man. After purchasing this, I found it to be very similar to CIGAR by Remy Latour. If you like Burberry London, you and you're man are definitely going to also like CIGAR by Remy Latour. They smell very similar and can be worn interchangeably.

To my nose and on my skin, I describe the scent as a "soft spicy, semi sweet, lightly floral scent". After ~2 hours, it dries down to a soapy scent. Good for the office. I purchased London for a Winter scent, but since then, I've reconsidered and will be wearing it as a Spring scent.

Have always used Burberry touch for men this item did not compare with previous Burberry in cost and size.
