Would have been nicer if the AC/DC adapter came with it instead of having to purchase it separately. Other then that, it seems to be a nice label maker and easy to use

Bought this label maker to replace a Dymo one, that would refuse to print, unless you had 5 fresh AA batteries in it. If they were the slightest bit drained, it would give you a replace batteries symbol, and not print. This is the only label maker I could find, that came with an AC adapter.

Over all it's a great little unit that is very easy to use. Set up is simple and you can get to work fast. The big thing is that my unit did not come with a power cord and there were none at the store so I have to run on batteries. It's not a deal killer just an annoyance.

My printer and label cartridges arrived in a couple of day. I was so excited with it, so I tore apart my whole pantry reorganized and labeled shelves and containers. It looks beautiful. From there I did all my cupboards, then on to the laundry room.

On the whole, I like this product. Most of the features are intuitive and loading different sized labels is quite easy.
