Frequent Paper Jams

The printer jams more often than it actually completes a print job. I had another Brother printer that worked flawlessly for 10+ years, but this one is extremely frustrating. The set up was quick, the wi-fi integration was a breeze, but frequent paper jams are annoying.

The best printer

This was a bargain. Needed this to print a3. Easy to set up, very fast print and print quality is great. Love the touch screen and the fact you can connect to Facebook and other social media via the screen to print photos and files

Love it!

Have been using this printer in the home office for a month or so now and its been wonderful. As it caters for A3 printing it takes up a little more space on the desk but so far it has been both reliable and efficient. Great for double sided prints and creating booklets.

good quality

This user earned $10.00 Club O Rewards for writing this review. Learn More this printer replaced an hp all in one, the brother printer is faster, easier to use, very crisp output. Installation was a breeze and the price of ink is so much better than the hp.

Great printer but terrible software

This printer does all that we want and ink useage so far is good. However the drivers are abysmal. We got errors downloading the drivers on two laptops with Windows Vista and three desktops with Windows 10. The same errors occurred when reading them off the provided DVD too.

Big Office Quality ideal for the Study at Home

Up until I purchased this wonderful machine I had a Brother b&w printer that scanned, copied and printed (but only in b&w). I also had a Brother colour printer which only printed. Now with this new beast I can scan, print and copy (even fax - I didn't know anyone still faxed!) in b&w or colour.

DO NOT BUY

Just purchased this printer and the first day I was on the phone with a tech for over 3 hours to get it to print and never was able to get it to scan. He told me to call a computer tech. Paid the computer tech over half the cost of the printer to tell me that the brother installer has issues.

Brother MFC-J6930DW

In addition, while both the Epson WF-7620 and WF-7610 are capable AIOs, since they've been out for so long, their running costs are excessive-Epson needs to update its wide-format WorkForce models.

Prints, scans, copies, and faxes tabloid-size pages; Competitively fast; Low running costs; Single-pass auto-duplexing ADF; Three paper input sources; Good print quality overall
