Have been using this for quite a while now and I am really pleased with it. Don't use the fax part (other than to test it when we received it), but everything else is just what I wanted.

Absolute brilliant printer. got 5 computers on wired and wireless network up and running without a hitch. top notch speed and quality printing.

Extremely slow packing and shipping time knocked off a star. It also looks used with the black smudge on the top of the printer. So another star knocked. However, the product is great because 1) It prints both sides automatically 2) it does fax, copy, print and scan - all in one.

Not quite a user friendly product. I bought this a couple of weeks ago and still not quite sure how to scan and fax. Also, it takes quite a while to print some thing from either a computer or a cell phone.

I found the set up and use very easy and the quality of the print is fantastic. I use this printer every day and its been one of my best purchases for my small business. The only grumble I have is that when I came to make labels I found you cant simply put the paper in the paper drawer but have to...

this is a all singing and dancing printer, however very noisy. cartridges came with the machine was a joke as the black one were emptied, had to replace it with a brand new one to print my very first page; as for the yellow, red and blue lasted for about a day.

Extremely fast delivery. Excellent quality of ink. Easy to install.

Nice and easy to setup including wireless scanning across network. Printing is a little slow but the double sided is a paper saver - although doesn't do double-sided scanning, only printing. Not had to buy any consumables yet so can't review running costs,
