I have installed this product only to find that after any significant period on standby it goes off line and I cannot get it back on line unless I uninstall the software then reinstall the software. I am working with a Mac and the most upto date software. Very disappointed.

This is very good machine for reasonable price. Simple in use, very intuitive and reliable. It only need toners paper and will run forever. I can recommend for anyone.

Ordered before 4pm...printer was in my hands by 11am next day - how's that for service - and up and running within the hour. Incredibly brilliant! So far, it is performing superbly, so I am very well pleased with the product but even more so by this retailer. It couldn't have been better.

I didn't have a choice! Not only did I get good service and a very fair price but when I got the printer home and tried it out I find it easily prints on both sides of the paper as well! This suits a lot of what I print (not everything, but a lot) so it saves me a bunch of paper! In fact this new printer is so good I'm glad my old one failed! Thanks PB Tech, you always have what I need when I need it, 12 out of 10!!

Works well. Fast low cost printing. We now have 3 of these in the office.

We bought this printer as it was reasonably priced, and had the main features we wanted, laser, duplex, manual feed, and relatively fast. What we didn't realise we were buying was a printer that sounds like it's possessed. The first printer (yes we ended up getting a second) would emit a horrible mechanical whine when running multiple pages through the duplex process. We sorted out a replacement through Brother. This one turned out to be even worse! Not only does it still have a high pitched whine, it does it after it finishes printing ANY job, not just duplex.

We purchased this as an update to our older brother model which finally died after 6 years. Much faster, not as quiet but in noisy environment that isn't an issue. Excellent printer for the money!!

Picked up this printer a few weeks back, and have printed a good few pages. Very happy with the results. Not the cheapest "per page", but fast printing and good quality. Relatively easy to set up (on a mac).
