I haven't used it yet so can't comment on it's performance, but the service was amazing. I used the live chat to ask about delivery times and the lady went to check if the fryer was in stock. It was and she advised it would take 2 days delivery time and she was right.

I love my deep fryer works very well, very happy with it. The delivery address change I made did not happen as promised but I happened to be home when it arrived so in the end it was ok.

I have used it once since I got it only a week ago, and I have to say the best French Fries I have made. Beats all the other Deep Frylers I have wasted money on over the years!

Very fast and small in size which is good to fit anywhere and it doesnt take that much space

I purchased mine at Williams Sonoma! Got it for $115 when WS closed the store near my home! I’ve used mine at least 2-3 times a month and really love it! The fryer holds it temp and makes amazing whole fried chicken wings! Easy to clean and store! I loved it so much that I gave mine to my sister because she didn’t have the money and bought another one! Your kitchen can remain clean because the lid keeps the oil inside the fryer and not over your counter top!

Not long ago I re-introduced fried foods to my diet, Fish, Chicken. I was frying in a pot. This works well if you don't get distracted. I did. Fire smoke, easy to see where this goes. I wanted a better solution. I research my purchases this fryer is top notch There are cheep fryers, this one is built well. The pan is separate. its easy to clean. It stores well It looks good enough to be on the counter full time. Buy one now!!!!!

This is the best home frier I have use. It makes excellent Fries thin to Thick cut. Fried Chicken and fish are a breaze temperature stays where it should great results every time and they are not greasy. Changing the oil is not as easy as a pot but its not a hassle either . if your going to cook you better know how to clean up. use it often some times 3 time a week.

I have had this item for just under twelve months and found it easy to clean until i changed the oil . It goes back to reset every time it heats over 40 degrees so annoying then you cant reset until it has fully cooled down . very disappointing since i have spent the extra money getting a decent one and now cant use this at all.
