Very light weight and easy to use, does not burn my skin, nice and understandable guide, precision head works well for small parts such as ankles, upper lip and bikini line.

I am so happy this device has changed my hair removal routine and has made my life much easier. After the first 2 weeks of using this product I noticed the hair regrowth much thinner, I am now on week 4 and will continue to use this product and I already can see a huge difference so I am expecting that soon I will have no need to use hair removal products ever again.
The device is super easy to use and the treatments themselves aren't painful. I started using the low intensity and worked my way up to the high intensity treatment. With time, your pain threshold will increase and the majority of the time you wont feel any discomfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted to buy one of these. I used to work at a laser hair removal clinic and got a few treatments done while working there. So I know what it should feel like and how it should work. I have done my legs and armpits around 5x since receiving this item. Leg hair has defined slowed down as far as growing back it's very much still there though. It takes about a week for me to feel hairs when it used to be about 3-4 days. It does have a slight pain factor but based on how high you put the device. For legs I started at 1 for a few weeks then went to 5 and now I do 10 and it's tolerable in that area. Hands down I would recommend this

I received the Silk-expert Pro 5 PL5124 IPL as part of an online trial - I was initially sceptical and didn't know what to expect however was pleasantly surprised! I've struggled with unwanted hair for several years and have tried pretty much every hair removal method on the market! I previously had laser at a clinic which had good results but very expensive! The silk expert pro IPL machine is great - it's easy, straightforward and can be used at home with very little pain (you just feel a small twang)! It also works! Overall I'm impressed and would recommend this product to anyone searching for a more permanent hair removal product!

Had been thinking about trying this out for a while but because of the mixed reviews I wasn’t sure, I’m glad I was able to trial it out with supersavvy. In the summer I have to shave my legs every other day which is annoying, but after using this for 4 weeks I now only have to shave 1 a week and hopefully it will reduce with continued use. To begin with I had to find the right mode for me I went for normal but then reduced it to gentle because it irritated my skin a little, I suggest anyone new to the product do the The irritation went way with some aloe Vera and after reducing it to gentle didn’t get it anymore.
