I've been through THREE pairs of these and each time they've started to fall apart within a month. First pair was for Christmas, left cup's audio connection got severed some how. I could jiggle it about a bit and get small bursts of sound, sent it in for repairs and got a new unit.

By far, the best earphones I've heard, I've had AKG's 240M, Senheisser 101, and many others. and basically, you will hear things in the recordings that you've never heard before. The P5's bring not only the trademark audio quality associated with the brand, but also a beautiful design. With an SRP of £250, they certainly come at a B&W-like price too.

Not cheap but as you would expect from a Bowers & Wilkins product quality sound & finish.Have used these with a wide range of music and have not been dissatisfied.Buy these and enjoy!!

After 6 months of deliberation I finally took the plunge!!. I was already a devotee of B & W as a Zepellin user, and was not disappointed. Firstly the design is a class leader, and comfortable. A little tight but no doubt the set will loosen up with up with time.

Bowers & Wilkins has turned one of our favorite pairs of wired headphones into a magnificent pair of wireless headphones. And just like the wired version, the P5 Wireless looks, feels and sounds luxurious. We also can't get over how crazy comfortable they are.

The B&W P5 aren't designed to be a reference grade headset for your home recording studio, which some might have expected: they are designed to be portable and for taking on the move, partnered with your iPod or iPhone. They fold flat and you get a bag to keep them in too.

Cables might be a little thin; price

Serious music listeners would do well to look to one of the most revered speaker makers to find good headphones. I'm referring to Bowers & Wilkins, more commonly known as B & W. The new B & W P5 Mobile Hi-Fi headphones are promoted as a 'Concert for One'. Is the concert worth the price of a ticket?

Curiosity got the best of me when the assignment came to listen to B&W's new headphones.  As far as I knew, Bowers and Wilkins was not a name I had previously associated with headphones.  The P5 is their first headphone and is part of a new group that B&W calls Mobile Hi-Fi.
