This is a great, professional and very portable system. We replaced our Fender portable system that was more than twice as heavy and took longer to set up. Great sound for the price. Good system for a medium to larger size room.

I bought two L1 portables as stereo keyboard loud speakers. What amazes me is the accuracy of the sound reproduced by these speakers compaired to conventional PA speakers. I would put it on par more or less with the sound produced by studio monitors but at louder sound levels.

I bought the Bose L1 Compact with a slight concern it wouldn't be loud enough for large audiences of 100+ I had nothing to worry about, its absolutely fantastic. i am a magician and also have music in my act, I have used it for audiences of 200 and still not even turned the volume all the way up.

I've been using the L1 system for a couple of months and it's changed my music performance a great deal! I bought this PA for its compact, low profile look originally, but ended up loving its sound performance as well. I look forward to expanding my system with other Bose products!

I bought two of these in April, and have played almost every type of venue since with awesome results, compliments from clients and more.
