Using for 9 months. I dry stuff using different settings, it has worked great every time. Clothes come out as dry as i need them to be. The door sticks open sometimes, but that's not a show-stopper. Power bills have remained steady (and low) in spite of heavy usage, so it seems efficient.

"This is a great dryer - very quiet, takes loads of clothes and sheets at a time and doesn't seem to tie things in knots like our old dryer. Only slight irritation is the touch screen which can be a bit over sensitive at times. But we're used to that now (after 2 weeks) and it is working perfectly.

Very slow to dry. Two hours minimum for a medium size load on high heat. Dryer does not have an exhaust vent so it makes the room very hot.

Previous model lasted 10 years - very reliable. Doesn't overdry and leaves cloth soft. Compromised for speed vs power consumption by not buying inverter model.

2 hours to dry a couple t-shirts...and they are STILL not quite dry. Not good. And after only three washes clothing has started to loose its softness. The dryer seems to get too hot and stops a lot, im guessing, to cool before it continues. DO NOT BUY.

I have called a repairman out 4 times in two years to work on this dryer. Apparently the pump gets clogged frequently and it will not dry the clothes. Very frustrating. Unless you are an appliance repair person I would not recommend this dryer.

A dryer which leaves cloths damp after 160 mins of running,Do yourself a favor and buy a drying rack as well with it because you'll never get your cloths completely dry only relying on the unit.

The settings are not accurate as when eg. sheets are dried on their own or towels dried on their own on cupboard dry setting, and the dryer is only a quarter full, neither are dry and then I have to use another setting to dry them which is not good enough.

We had read good reviews about this dryer and it's living up to them so far. It's quiet, dries everything well and leaves the towels fluffy and the clothes feeling soft. Note: read the instructions...this dryer is probably different than what you've been using in the past.
