Liked the game

Liked the game. A little slow and repetitive but after awhile that kinda grew on me. Once you level up to get better weapons makes the game a little more fun. If you play mostly upper end graphics you may have a bit of a hard time getting used to the cartoon like story board they use.

This product will give you endless hours of enjoyment.

I have been playing FPS for longer than I care to admit. My first experience was with Quake and all of its offspring. Then Unreal and eventually Halo. When I came across Borderlands I was not impressed at first but the graphics eventually won me over.

I'm surprised at the lowish score that this DLC has received. (I do believe in my 8 rating, though, I"m not "balancing out for lower ratings"). I consider this the best of the 4 DLC for Borderlands 1. Fun, interesting quests, a good story, satisfying battles, good rewards, etc.

Borderlands Review

There was a point a few days ago where after a few hours' game play I was on the verge of not ever wanting to play Borderlands again, never mind reviewing it. In fact, I was very close to furiously putting the game back in its case and selling it on out of sheer boredom and frustration.

Borderlands Review

In the world of videogame ideas, first-person shooters set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland are becoming tired, but still profitable. Whether created as a gateway for bloodthirsty gamers to commit acts of genocide against zombies, mutants, and bandits without remorse, or as a shortcut for developers...

Borderlands 2, best sequel in a while

"As an avid fan of the first Borderlands, I was worried when 2k produced this game for fear it might have simply ruined the game series. Needless to say, I was very wrong. Instead they made the game better in every aspect.

Replayable; great dialogue; balanced; good combat; difficult but not impossible; good multiplayer

For anyone wo enjoys the RPG or FPS genres, Borderlands must be played!

I remember seeing this game when it first came out and avoided it like the plague. I read some reviews on it but decided it definitely wasn't my kind of thing. There was too much gore, I didn't like the cell shaded like graphics the game had and just about everything I read about it put me off.

Ever lasting fun.

Borderlands.. where do i begin.. Simply a master piece for one. 2K really went all out with this game, it has so much to do it will keep you busy and entertained for hours. Solo or Co-op the fun never ends the story line will take you at least sevral hours to complete by yourself.

Review: Borderlands

Borderlands shares a few traits with last year’s Fallout 3… it’s a shooter with RPG elements, it takes place in a desert wasteland, and yes… there’s also a Vault.

Cel-shaded graphics look cool; Weapon system allows for infinite possibilities; The ‘Second Wind’ mechanic can save you from certain death; Quest system lets you clean out multiple objectives at once

Item management can be overwhelming for the uninitiated/uninterested, Enemy A.I; can be a little on the stupid side, Text can be a little too small to read for smaller televisions
