Overall the game was just shy of the first. I am not sure if it was the change in the humor (more over-the-top and sometimes felt they were trying too hard instead of letting it be more natural), sequel syndrome, minor changes in game play, or a bit of all three.

I found this game to be not quite as good as the first Borderlands, but it definitely stands on its own; The characters are interesting and amusing, and I appreciate the references back to the first game; I took personal amusement with the main antagonist.

Part of this may be sequel syndrome, but some of it felt like they were trying too hard; The humor wasn't quite as original, and I found it to be far more crude and direct; I rather enjoyed the subtly of some of the humor of the first game.

Excellent gameplay. Simply one of the most interesting shooters I've ever played. I was worried about all the complexity in the game (see YouTube videos about this game) but I warmed up to it and I'm glad I stuck with it. Very fun game that I could play for hours if my wife didn't stop me...

The cel-shaded comics like art style; the intense action; the gun diversity and the voice-acting all mix up to one whacky experience

The texture popping, the confusing navigational system, the lack of real character and vehicular appearance customization, the re-spawn of enemies can be repetitive; Some dialogue is not funny but downright disturbing.

Bought the game to see what it was all about .. it is a very fun and fast paced game,I like that it is at 2 to 4 player game I like the story line of the game.

Borderlands 2 is probably one of the most unique and amazing shooters ive ever played. It gives you the fun of a shooter with customizability of a role-playing game into an awesome game. It also provides the fun of looting. My only regret is that i didnt get the Game of the Year edition..

This game is not as bad as all the ratings give it. The controls issue is a little bit annoying but can be easily remedied by using the options and changing the control scheme. I found that mapping grenades to the O button was effective, and I haven't had problems on the back touch screen.

This game has an insane amount of weapons and characters to interact with. The overall world is massive, yet the addition of the fast travel system makes getting around really easy. The script and voice acting is also hilarious, I actually laughed out loud as I went through the story.

After losing a copy of borderlands 2 and needing another disk. By far this was the best deal due to also coming with the expansion packs. Made getting my 3rd Xbox 360 I got much easier to load with the DLC's.

For the first Headhunter add-on for Borderlands 2, it's just what I expected. A neat-looking new location, 2 short missions and a boss whose head you can unlock for your character. And... that's pretty much it.

though took me a while to warm up to as initially found it really hard but after a lot of play it is a lot better game with far better characters better story and more loot
