First off, I have to say that I am sick of Call of Duty. We have played that one into the ground at my house. I dowloaded the demo for this one and gave it a try. I thought it was fun. Sometimes I think people focus a little too much on the graphics aspect of a game.

Tried the demo and it was just plain awful, one of the worst games I have played in a long time. How does Codemasters expect to compete in today's market of FPS I have no idea! Don't see this game doing well at all! Rent, don't buy...

This game is a brand new level of racism. I've played it for a few hours now, and I killed hundreds of black people. Also they are the dumbest enemies in video game history, making the Goombas from Super Mario Brothers looking like geniuses.

When Bodycount works, in those brief moments where the old-school FPS mentality, trumpeted game mechanics and big explosions come together to form a riotous synthesis, it's impossible not to let a big smile break out on your face.

Whilst this is true, there are unfortunately a lot of issues with this title and they hinder what at times is a good, solid game. With a name like Bodycount we were never expecting a huge harrowing tale that touched our hearts or really stirred our emotions.

Billed as the spiritual successor to the classic last-gen shooter, Black, until the mysterious departure of motor-mouthed project lead, Stuart Black, Bodycount is a stingingly average shooter.

FPS I know your momma's grieving… fuck her! Cos tonight we get even. is a strange game. It was intended to be the spiritual sequal to the cult classic first-person shooter which was released on the Xbox and PS2.

If you're in your early 30's like me and (mis)spent much of your youth in stinking indie/heavy metal nightclubs then the name of this game may have filled you with memories of Ice-T and his 90's thrash metal/rap outfit. Alas, this game is unrelated. Body Count are not in the house .
