I used the Pro Heat 2X Revolution carpet cleaner that I received as a sample, to clean all the carpet in my house, including the stairs. It did a great job of cleaning the carpet, and even got out longstanding stains that I pretreated with the products that were included with the cleaner.

This machine got all the spots out of my carpet first time! We have fur babies and they do have accidents but this machine will keep my carpet clean and looking new. I don't understand the bad reviews. I have no complaint. Love my new machine which replaced a Bissell I had for over 10 years.

This machine does everything it says it does. It left my carpets n mattress clean and fresh. It got rid of old stains. It lifts dog hairs out of the carpet that my Dyson didn't pick up. My mattress looks brand new! The shampoos, are brilliant.

So happy I decided to purchase this cleaner instead of hiring one, It works better, and it's easy to use. It does a very thorough deep clean, and they're touch dry in half an hour.

Has this a few months, used for rugs carpets and stairs - does the job and carpets are dry in no time. Had a competitors model for years and this is obviously newer technology but it is well worth the money!
