Does a really nice job of the floors, immaculate finish: handle is poor design and hand gets more after a few minutes of use.

I bought this steam mop a month ago and couldn't be more delighted with it. So easy to use. The spotboost brush on the handle is excellent feature. The scented discs adds a fresh fragrance to the house.

Item was faulty. Product replaced immediately with no problem

Very lightweight and easy to use. Love the added fragrance. Just wish it was cordless. This is my first steam mop and so glad I converted!
