If you have the money- worth a buy!

I managed to get these a little bit cheaper online just below £100 but the average asking price for these online is around 150. I love testing electronics so I decided to give these Monster Beats Studio High Definition headphones a try and after that pass them on my little cousin who was asking for...

Quality; "Great style

Expensive

Millionaire for deaf

Fad?? YES I tested it 5 minutes was enough for me. If you like bass, this headset is for you, there are too many. I'm curious to see the frequency response curve in ..... more is aggressive in the upper midrange short, very unbalanced. No luck I tested the wav ... by knowing audio files.

Beats Electronics Solo2

Solo2 ($200) is the first product to come from Beats Electronics since Apple confirmed that it would be acquiring the company, released the day after Apple's official announcement.

Fantastic sound quality

Glad I bought these, listening through anything else is just disappointing now. The sound quality is great, they are a good size for the handbag, and fit comfortably over my ears.

Beats Solo2 Wireless

The Beats Solo2 Wireless headphones are stylish, compact and lightweight headphones with a long battery life. When tested at maximum volume, they lasted 16.5 hours, even though they claimed to only last 12 hours.

Compact design folds for storage; Very lightweight; Amazing battery life; Wide range of colors and designs

Not very comfortable; No active noise-canceling; Relatively expensive

Beats Solo 2 review: Beats' next-gen on-ear headphone steps up its design and sound

It's been a long time coming, but a day after Beats officially announced its sale to Apple for $3 billion, it released the successor to its on-ear Solo , one of the most popular headphones in the world. The new, improved Solo 2 carries a list price of $200 in the US and £170 in the UK, and comes in a variety of glossy colors. (Australian details aren't available yet, but the US price converts to about AU$215.)

These Solo 2 may not win audiophile hearts and ears, but for its intended audience -- namely, folks who are looking for a fast, exciting headphone with lots of high-quality bass -- this is an excellent on-ear headphone.

The Beats Solo 2 on-ear headphones are sturdier and better-sounding than the original Solos, with somewhat more balanced sound and strong, tight bass. They offer a relatively comfortable fit and have an inline remote and microphone for making cell phone calls. The headphones fold up to fit in a nice carrying case (included).

Fairly pricey; some people may find they fit too snug.

Beats Solo2 Wireless Review

The Beats Solo2 Wireless, the Bluetooth version of the on-ear Beats Solo2 , continues the bass-forward tradition that has been the company's calling card since day one. Another Beats trait—a high price tag—is also in full effect, as the pair rings up at $299.95. In this price range, the Solo2 Wireless has some stiff competition from other wireless headphones. That said, it is a very solid performer, with an easy-to-operate design, powerful bass response, and sculpted, clear highs to balance things out. For Beats headphones, the Solo2 actually sounds slightly dialed back in the bass department—and is all the better for it. DesignOffered in a wide variety of colors (in addition to the classic red, black, or white models), as well as 10 Major League Baseball team-themed options, the Solo2 Wireless still manages to look every bit like a Beats product thanks to the signature glossy exterior and the Beats logo on the headband and earcups. The supra-aural (on-ear) design features extreme...

The pricey Beats Solo2 Wireless headphones offer sculpted, but balanced, Bluetooth audio.

Powerful audio performance with rich bass and well-defined highs; Can be used in wired, passive mode; Comfortable design

Price is a bit high; Not for purists seeking flat response

Beats Solo 2 Wireless review: A very good on-ear wireless headphone, but no bargain

Earlier this year I reviewed the Beats Solo 2 , the significantly improved successor to one of the world's most popular headphones. I liked the Solo 2 and think it's one of the better on-ear headphones that costs about $200 (£170, AU$260), although it helps if you appreciate a zippier, more "exciting" sound profile.

Beats on-ear Bluetooth headphone has lot going for it, but it doesn't quite justify its lofty price tag.

The Beats Solo 2 Wireless is a well-built wireless headphone that sounds good in both wireless and wired modes and is relatively comfortable to wear for an on-ear headphone; Its battery life is decent and has a remote control built-in to the right earcup that's easy to operate by feel.

Expensive; doesn't sound quite as good as the Bose SoundLink On-Ear Bluetooth, which costs $50 less.
