Just received my beats literally 15 minutes ago from typing this; Plug it in to listen to it and one side has no sound at all; If I twist and turn the cable sound comes back to one side..what the heck

I purchased for my wife - cause I love mine. I thought they were bluetooth - they are NOT! The description never said they were - it's all on me. My wife loves them and said they are the best headphones shes ever had. - Bonus!

I give this product a 3 only because it is not what I expected. The product photo and description do not accurately describe it, as it is"wired". However, the wire just has to be attached in order to use the headphones-it isn't permanently attached. I expected them to be totally wireless.

I bought it 2 months ago now from MS Store, super quality, and packaging. The battery is keeping me ON for long time. it connects perfectly with Windows 10, Windows Phone, and iPhone

I will not use any other headphones! The sound quality is second to none and you can really tell the difference when switching from a cheap pair to these. They fit perfectly and also look really smart... Worth every penny.
