Battlefield: Bad Company 2

The game starts with the player controlling Private Thomas Wyatt in 1944. You and a group of soldiers infiltrate an IJN-controlled island in the Sea of Japan. Wyatt's squad secures a Japanese scientist who was working on a secret weapon code named "Aurora".

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Review

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 offers a destructive and fun single-player and online experience. Blowing stuff up is great fun, especially when the environments look as great as they do. The multiplayer is engaging and deep, and the sound and visual design add to the combat.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2

In the world of video games there are a plethora of war or warfare games from Modern this, Total that to World at, Dawn of, God of* and Gears of, to name a small few . Alphabetised Greek or present-day lettered companies, squads and teams all the way from ‘A' to ‘X'…(yet to find a ‘Y' or ‘Z') fight...

One big heap of fun to play; destructible environments and very user friendly

Some minor irritations around controls and screen map are fixed by being less clumsy; Easy missions at times may annoy some

"Best Multiplayer Experience Ever"

Whats better than grabbing 3 mates and becoming a kickass squad and taking it to the world That was the question I asked myself after the 12th hour playing the multiplayer component of Bad Company 2. To be honest at that moment there was nothing better.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2

When DICE announced a sequel to Bad Company, I was perplexed. After playing the first game, I found the characters very interesting but, for some reason, my interest in the game wasn't enough to long for another.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Review

There is no shortage of online destinations for those who enjoy first-person gun-wielding combat, but no matter how many opportunities you get to shoot another player in the face, there is always room for one more.

Destructibility is strategically powerful and immensely fun; Electrifying and addictive online multiplayer; Great campaign with witty characters; Beautiful; well-designed environments; Superb sound design

Occasional technical hiccups; Minor connectivity issues

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Review

Creating a successful foursome in video games seems to be a trickier thing than you'd have first thought. Other than the obvious Gears of War crew, which is more of two twosomes if you catch my drift, it's a rare commodity.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 may have a lock on the console shooter crowd, but that doesn't keep other games from having something meaningful-or at least reasonably fun-to add. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 extends the train of thought that developer DICE has been harping on since 2002.

In the end, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a solid game that multiplayer shooter fans will really enjoy. The single-player campaign is pretty weak, but the multiplayer is extremely good and will keep you busy for weeks.
