Doesnt get any better with your money
Amazing sound quality with all styles of listening. Semi noise cancellation, very nice seal cups. Big 45mm drivers does the job well. Crisp and Bassy clean out put. Do not need amp. to drive these. Should be one of best, if not the best in its class. Bose, Sennheiser are no compare. The cans rocks.

These headphones are a good choice for home studio monitoring and reference purposes, and they sell for a reasonable price.

Great set of headphones
Although I don't have experience with a lot of headphones, the sound quality of these are amazing. Works well outputting from a laptop. I haven't used it with my iphone yet. Comes with a nice bag and the plugs are high quality. I'm a little weary about carrying this around in my laptop bag.

rediculous
These headphones are amazing. The sound quality is rediculously good! I've only been listening for 30 minutes and I'm hearing instruments I didn't know existed! 5 stars for these cans!

Totally satisfied
These cans came recommended by multiple DJs and producers when I asked for suggestions in the $200 price range for a casual listener. (I paid less than that.) The voice-chat headphones I had been using seemed just fine until the M50s showed me what I had been missing from my music.

Definitiy Worth It
The Ath-M50 is the aging flagship of DJ headphones off audio-technica's line. Its design is simple, heavy plastics bound with metal adornments and will easy withstand much abuse. Add in some soft quality pads, and these headphones are very comfortable even after long periods of usage.

amazing
So i recently bought these so i could have a decent pair of DJ cans for a long time to come and they are truly amazing. Any review of these you find that says they are amazing is spot on. Listening with these is a pleasure as the sound is unbelievable and they are so comfy.

Absolute Steal!!!
I have tried and owned tons of headphones over the years, and these are by far the best you can get in this price range. They are even superior to headphones more than twice the price!! Definitely try these before spending a lot more money on headphones.
