Very happy, works well, just check which cables you need first, I needed one USB and one PS2, it only comes with USB!!! Had to drive back to pickup a PS2 cable!!!

Pros:
- Very easy setup, really none
- Easy use with either hot keys or front panel buttons for switching terminals
- Makes life much easier
Cons:
- None yet
- Don't know how I ever got by without it
