This is by far the worst product and service I have ever received. I have had two faulty laptops now. I am currently waiting for another one to replace the last two, but this, by far, has been an excruciating process. Not only have the laptops been faulty the customer service I have received has been nothing but poor. Upon taking the first one back, it was a week before the second one arrived. This took a week to get from Auckland to Wellington. You can't tell me that communication is so poor between stores that it takes a week store to store.
