Assassin's Creed Revelations (Xbox 360) Review

The current popularity of the Assassin's Creed franchise stands as one of the biggest success stories of this current console generation; what originally began as a conceptually promising but critically panned title soon rose to both quality and popularity with its subsequent sequels and spin-offs.

2011 Retrospective: Assassins Creed Revelations

Welcome to our latest retrospective review, where we look back at 2011 hits and provide detailed info for those who may have missed some of last years biggest titles. Assassin's Creed: Revelations is the third and final chapter of the Ezio Auditore saga. It also neatly wraps up the tale of Altaïr.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations Review

When it comes to the crunch, what worked before works here, while what's new does seem to leave a lot to be desired. It's clear that we're headed towards Assassin's Creed 3, but after three consecutive years of titles, maybe what's really needed is a year or two away from the Animus in order to...

When it comes to Assassin's Creed , I haven't played any game in the series since the first one, and that was because I was disillusioned with the fact that it kept jumping back to the present day which drove me up the wall as it was very jarring.

'Assassin's Creed Revelations' review

marks the final game in Ubisoft's successful franchise to be set in the Renaissance era, and the final chapter in the story of Desmond Miles and his past assassin relatives, Ezio and Altaïr.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations

The worst thing you can say about Revelations is that it is quite similar to Brotherhood, and that, really, is no bad thing. All of Brotherhood's excellent positives still apply here.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations

The most story-driven tale told so far with an ending that will leave you speechless.

What I know

"Assassin's Creed revelations is the fourth instalment in the Assassin's Creed series and the final chapter in the "Ezio trilogy." The game was released on multiple platforms. First released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in November 2011 and then later hitting the Windows platform in December...

Great gameplay; Clean graphics; Nice storyline; all around good experience

Some parts can be annoying like getting 100% synch on some levels

Great for AC lovers!

I normally buy the highest tier collectors editions of the games I feel strongly about although when this game came out I wasn't able to, so I settled for this one. I love the artbook in this one, plus the box has a cool opening method.

Surprisingly enjoyable....

Never bought a video game before but this seems like a good choice. My 12 year old son loves it. Good graphics and historical context. You can turn off the blood which is good for parents that might be concerned about this.
