The characters are memorable in this game. Here's the thing: Connor isn't Ezio, nor should he be. If you're looking for a wild, charismatic guy who flirts with ladies and does whatever he wants, then Connor is the exact opposite of that.

Ratonhnaké:ton isn't an obvious successor to Ezio Auditore as the lead character in an Assassin's Creed game.
Improvements to all the core controls; Huge open world with plenty of side missions and extra things to do; Compelling storytelling with some real high points
Suffers from some of the usual open world glitches; Takes too long to really get going; Some of the storyline missions could be better
Assassin's Creed is a franchise that I have not got on well with. In fact, it is more to do with me not fully giving the games a chance. My first experience with the series was with Assassin's Creed , which came out in 2007.
If this is the first time you've played an Assassin's Creed game, prepare to be confused. The series is notorious for its dense, complex mythology and the third game throws you in at the deep end.
Is the new series evolution prepared for the revolution? Ezio, we loved you. If I could, I'd like to spend even longer rooting around your past. However, the Templars are fast approaching and the players are demanding a new character take your spotlight.
Stunning world to explore; TONS to do; A new array of abilities and gadgets that will have even veterans scratching their heads
Some exceptionally tedious missions mar the story; Occasional glitches that force players to boot up the game again; Frequent graphical glitces
Seriously. I read so many whining reviews about this game, the main excuse being it has a story. There are cut scenes, lots of them. For whatever reason, one I've never been able to fathom, apparently games that have the temerity to tell a story - are bad.
Welcome to recap city population you; Desmond did a bunch of stuff including sitting in a chair and then walking about a bit, maybe a bit of climbing and very little stabbing but hey that could change in the all new faffing-about creed.
Great game play; engaging story; Great characters; Amazing Naval adventure
Horse physics are little annoying; needs more naval mission
I wanted to catch up on Assassins creed saga after not playing for a few years wasn't sure whether playing these two was significant important to the storyline WHICH IT TURNED OUT TO BE..
You can sum up Assassin's Creed III in two words: "Oh dear". But perhaps I'd better explain a little more. I loved Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin's Creed: Revelations, so was really looking forward to playing this.
Ubisoft - I applaud you. This is the best in the series yet. While I miss running around in Jerusalem and Italy, I enjoy the lead of this newest AC and love everything about the new gameplay. Every AC just keeps getting better and better, don't stop!
