It is a good product. It is sleek, fast and boots quickly. The speed of the product is the crucial factor and is a good product to use for work. The design is good and allows for portability.

I find that, to run programming software such as Eclipse, or even the Adobe Creative Suite, it is very helpful to have 4GB of RAM, as the Apple OS itself often eats up 1GB on its own. This made the i7 model far more attractive to me compared to the i5.

A first week of trouble
Awesome machine !!! [...] I have been using my little mac for a week and have really pushed it for work. The hot corners and gestures are a great help, it's like how did I live without it. You pick up the way to use a mac very easy and you easily forget your pc's.
Pros:
- Fast
- Hot Corners
- Gestures
- Looks and feels great
- Professional
- Beats A Pc Every Day
Cons:
- 1st Week Of Trouble
- Only 2 Usb Slots
- Slow At Times - Rare

Introduction Another power packed performer from Apple, this laptop is about as good as it gets. High deliverance Core i5 processor and enhanced graphics capability owing to the latest Intel Graphics Chipset make for a good buy and excellent for gaming and HD video watching.

Ageing but good value for money
I bought this for the wife, who needs to do only various internet and office thingies. Served the purpose well enough. However, I also started using it, and found that 4GB is no longer enough. 5+ tabs of chrome and the pre-installed Mavericks overwhelms the RAM.

Apple MacBook Pro 13in
may be setting a new standard at the top of the range, however, this modest update for the standard 13in MacBook Pro looks rather like it's resting on its laurels.

Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch (Late 2011) Review
While the MacBook Pro 15-inch makes a great workhorse, it's not exactly the most portable notebook around. If you do move around a lot, then you should look at the MacBook Pro 13-inch, which offers the same level of performance (almost) and is the perfect size to slip into your backpack without it...

MacBook Pro 13-inch with Retina display review
The Retina MacBook Pro is a new take on the notebook, breaking with the traditional MacBook Pro design in favour of a lighter, thinner notebook.it's absolutely gorgeous to look at, reproducing images and text with crystal clarity. Photographers, graphic artists and video editors will love it.
Pros:
- Incredible screen
- Ivy Bridge processors
- Fast solid
Cons:
- Very expensive
- No FireWire 800 or Ethernet ports
- No optical drive

MacBook Pro 13in 2.4GHz / 2.8GHz review
Apple's announcement of updates to the MacBook Pro was so low-key you might have missed it. And truth be told, it wasn't the flashiest update, with new processors and graphics the biggest changes.
Pros:
- Faster than previous model
- bigger hard drive
Cons:
- Not many Thunderbolt accessories
- integrated Intel graphics
- compares poorly with the MacBook Air
