Arrived our first macbook today unfotunately its faulty, no power at all despite charging it for almost 5 hours, rang apple but cant help us and apple suggest to return it back where we ordered it.... gutted.

I already own a 15 MacBook Pro 2015 and have never had a problem but I wanted something much lighter for traveling and love this new MacBook Air.
