Aftershokz Trekz Titanium wireless bone conduction headphone review

The Aftershokz Trekz Titanium open ear wireless bone conduction headphones are my first foray into open-ear headphones, so I'll put it out there that I may be missing some portion of the note points to research, but this has been my experience with them.

Retailing for $130 (as low as $110 HERE ), the Aftershokz Trekz Titanium are more expensive than your basic wireless headphones, but they justify the price with performance and safety. I found them to be superior during a workout because they stay in place comfortably no matter what I'm doing.

AfterShokz Wireless Trekz Titanium Bone Conduction Headphones

Bone conduction technology has been around for a while, even before Beethoven pressed his ear against a piano and clasped a rod in his teeth to hear his compositions. But AfterShokz is bringing it mainstream to the active community with the new Trekz Titanium (MSRP $130) wireless headset.

poor sound quality, uncomfortable

I bought these mostly for mountain biking because I seemed to be crash-prone when wearing earbuds either because of having something shoved into my ear canal was messing with my equilibrium or because of the cognitive disconnect from not being able hear the ground crunching under my tires.

So Awesome!

It is rare in life that purchases exceed your expectations. This little gem is incredible! First of all, it is virtually weightless - you really forget that you are wearing them. The sound was simply surprising.

I had high Hope's for this new technology, but I cannot recommend these and in fact in my opinion they should not be sold. I have been diagnosed with vestibular migraines and the vibration of sound from these headphones triggered a full blown vestibular migraine, nausea and dizziness within 5...

Aftershokz Trekz Titanium Bone Conduction Open Ear Headphone

My brother got these and I tried them. They were so awesome I had to have my own pair. It's incredible how you can hear the music and still hear what's going on around you. Amazing. Most workplaces allow these now. Mine work perfectly and Target had the best price anywhere at the time.

I have those headphones since august 2016, the battery life is awesome! sound quality is great (not perfect) but they are kinda fragile, they look flexible and resistant but the ear part snapped while carrying them in my coat's pocket :( Where i live it is illegal to wear normal headphones while...

If you need your ears free or if you suffer from Tinnitus, these are a great choice for listening to audio.

Keep ears free while listening to audio; Good microphone; Sweat-proof

These are great for sports (as they won't fall off) or for wearing at work (as you can still hear your colleagues when they talk to you). They have a very long battery life, are simple to sync, and they work well for taking phone calls while running or driving.
