Been using the Adesso Vertical Mouse for nearly a month and the ergonomics are fantastic. Unlike the standard horizontal mouse which causes a user to twist their wrist, the Vertical Mouse has a natural 'joystick-type' position resulting in no wrist muscle stress.

I have always used wireless but recently changed to wired due to the instability of the bluetooth connection/doesn't connect. That is the least of my worries now. Slightly on the pricy side but is comfortable for the wrist. Good for long-term. My only slightly negative comment is its a bit big for me as I have small hands. Otherwise it's a great mouse overall.

If you are experiencing pain in you mouse hand, wrist, arm and/or shoulder then invest in this ergonomic mouse ASAP - do yourself a favour.

Used one of these at work. Good ‘feel’ and liked it so bought one for home use. Cant go back to a standard mouse.

if you suffer from RSI from using a normal mouse, then get one of these, apparently they're game-changing.
