This projector creates a bright, clear, and huge image that is like having a movie screen in your house. I still can't believe how good it is, but I also haven't ever had a projector before. Still, I'm satisfied.

Acer H6510BD projector review
Despite costing just £500, Acer's H6510BD is surprisingly pretty with its angular, minimalist lines and gloss-white finish. Its connections match those of many more expensive PJs too, with HDMI, D-Sub PC, VGA and USB offered. Setup is a mixed bag.

Acer H6510BD
The H6510BD is a full HD DLP projector targeted at the home cinema market that can be yours for just £500. So presumably it comes with some pretty serious performance strings attached, right?
Pros:
- Incredibly good value
- Good pictures for the money
- Easy to set up
Cons:
- No vertical image shift
- Some rainbow effect
- Average black levels

Great Product & Great Service
Upon purchasing my Acer projector, staples made it easy to decide which one would be the right choice. Not only did they provide all the information that I needed but quality service at an unbeatable price that was delivered on time! You can't beat that anywhere.

Replace my H5360 with this projector
After reading many reviews (some good, some bad) I decided to buy ACER once again. Yes I know they are not the cream of the crop as far as projectors go but for the money, I am sure they give the competition a run for their money.

Great projector all around!
I use this projector mainly for video gaming. So far I put 500+ hrs on it and still have not found anything I don't like about it. The Acer H6510BD is a bright projector with solid shadow detail and color that, while it needs work out of the box, can be calibrated to a reasonable approximation of...
Pros:
- Great picture
- color
- sharp image and 3D will blow you away
Cons:
- none so far

Excellent image but handle with care
Bought this projector for our Mac user's group meetings. The image brightness, color intensity, and ease of use are fantastic. I see none of the color artifacts some people refer to. The images are razor sharp projecting 1080p films on a big screen.
Pros:
- Bright image
- Easy To Set Up
- Great Color Intensity
- High Def 1080p Native
Cons:
- Case Seems Flimsy
- No lens cap
- Plastic Leveling Screw
- Unpadded Nylon Carry Case

Camera Club Use.
To satisfy latest trends in image size required by our area federation we needed to pension off our old 1024x768 projector and get a 1400x1050 capable device. After much research, and finding the dedicated (SXGA) 1400x1050 specific devices very expensive, I opted for the 1080P HD devices that give...

Acer H6510BD Home Theater Projector Review
Let's start with the basics. This Acer H6510 BD is a single-chip DLP projector. It offers true 1080p resolution at a price point under $800!. Like the more expensive H9500BD Acer projector that we reviewed last year, but unlike the older H6500, the Acer H6510BD is fully 3D capable. Although the...
Pros:
- Plenty of brightness - measured a maximum of over 2800 lumens
- Reasonably good color
- right out of the box
- Good looking bright lumens with reasonably good color
- Slightly better than average black levels for the price
- Lamp can be changed without unmounting the projector
- Geared for the tyical
Cons:
- Lack of savable User memories. The slightest change wipes out your settings
- Remote control is not backlit
- Black levels are pretty entry level
- Lacks CFI for smooth motion (typical for entry level projectors
- Reasonably noisy. Not exceptionally so
- especially for a DLP projector but it certainly
