Acer Aspire S7 Ultrabook review
Ultrabooks are the hot new must-have thing in computing, and Acer is banking on their new Aspire S7, persuasively marketed as "the world's thinnest touch Ultrabook". With a glossy white exterior, silver aluminium deck and keyboard, and aqua LED back-lighting folded into an ultra-compact 11.9mm...

Looks nice but did not perform well enough to keep
Nice design and well thought out complete with the leather case and the accessories. Good sound. Battery does not last as long as some others ultrabooks. I did not like the touchpad and the screen did not give the resolution I expected, but it seems that all the ultrabooks seem to have the same VGA...

Acer Aspire S7 review
Intel's much-vaunted Ultrabooks may have been quiet recently, thanks to the big noise Google made with its Chromebook Pixel and tablet-cum-laptops such as Dell's XPS10, but the format is still very much with us in the slim form of Acer's Aspire S7, which sticks to the Ultrabook specifications while

Very thin and light. Runs Windows 8. Good battery life with extra battery pack. Nice HD display that can be viewed from almost any angle. Fast processor. Very quiet operation even with fan running. Fan did operate only once in one week.

Excellent Travel Ultralight Travel Lapto
I've set it up and done some general usage. I purchased it because I needed a light-weight alternative to my previous lsptop. So far it seems to be fulfilling that objective. I was skeptical of Windows 8 and would have preferred Windows 7, but with the Classicshell installed, it's Windows 7 mode is...
Pros:
- Clear Bright Screen
- Fast processor
- Very Light Weight
Cons:
- Keyboard Tactile Feedback

Worked straight out of the box, easy connections on wifi, bluetooth etc, decent speed considering only an i5 processor. This will never replace a full sized laptop, but I have done everything from powerpoiint to excel and it hasn't crashed or frozen once.
Pros:
- Super lightweight
- great touch screen
- good battery life
Cons:
- solid state hard drive capacity of 100GB free space after OS

Acer Aspire S7 Review
The S7 is kitted with the aforementioned Core i7, 4GB of RAM and 256GB of SSD storage configured in RAID 0. This potent combination is supplemented by the slightly-better-than-expected Intel integrated graphics 4000.
Pros:
- Near-perfect build quality
- strong aesthetics and powerful internals
Cons:
- A near-broken trackpad and wimpy battery life

The Acer Aspire S7-392 is everything we look for in the top ultrabooks, with the exception of a dedicated GPU. The 4th-generation processor adds substantial power-boost technology. There is a 1080p touchscreen display, and the device doesn't feel cheap or flimsy.
Pros:
- This ultrabook has one of the most elegant and beautiful designs on our lineup.
Cons:
- There is a limited number of USB ports
