Good service good product

I don't have any issue with this laptop. It's new anyway so it is all good. I just want to compliment about the service. I ordered this on the second day of Level 4 lockdown. It arrives less than 24 hours. Impressive.....

A good work laptop with lots of storage. The sound is not great (but it’s certainly adequate) and I’ve never got the colour calibrated properly in the month I’ve had it, but it’s fast and it gets the job done.

I carefully spent hours researching for a new laptop. One aspect that really drew me to this was the description of great sound quality. Sadly this did not reflect reality. The quality was awful and the volume was atrocious! Even with everything up as loud as possible it was difficult to hear what was playing on the laptop. The speed of the laptop was fantastic, but the sound is such an important aspect for meetings, watching Netflix, and listening to music. I have returned the product and I wish I hadn't had to, I wish I'd been able to use that speed and all other fuctions, if you don't use volume this is an amazing laptop.
