Questionable Design
I bought this monitor on sale and I feel it wasn't worth it and I am currently shopping for a different one to use as my main monitor. The momentary flashing to black isn't a problem web surfing but it is in gaming, it's only a bit distracting when watching Netflix.
Pros:
- good resolution ultra wide size good colors physically well constructed
Cons:
- buttons on side are blocked when using side by side monitors no height adjustment monitor flashes black/blank occasionally (not a driver and no other monitor on my system does this so it isn't the video card monitor often goes blank indicating no HDMI signal - however there is no HDMI or HDMI cable...

Good, but not perfect
I use it with a Mac (display port) and an Apple TV (HDMI) Real good screen for working with wide docs. It's a good experience with movies too (IPS and LED are perfects and there no ghosting effect). Buttons for controling preferences are very complicated (driver dont work on Mac).

Don't hesitate, buy one now, it is amazing!!!
Very, very good. But now I want to see three full windows so now I want an even wider monitor. This is a stunning product that has done everything I wanted and so much more. My accountant had one so I got one because it looked so fabulous. Since then two have my colleagues have got one too.

everything I expected and more
after using a 24" monitor for the past year I decided to upgrade and I was glad I did! Bright colours and a crisp picture really make this screen a pleasure to use. I also like being able to have multiple windows open on one screen

Great monitor. Works with MacBook Pro 2011 15" after a little hack
This monitor is great. It definitely takes some time to get used to its size and shape, but the monitor has increased my productivity tremendously. The monitor is hooked up to a 15" 2011 MacBook Pro with a display port cable.

AOC 29" Q2963PM - myMulti-Play Monitor Review
The AOC Q2963PM - MYMULTI-PLAY is a monitor that incorporates a 29" 21:9 superwide format display (IPS LED-backlit with a 2560 x 1080 res). Which in English is a ratio that can eliminate the black bars at the top/bottom of the screen normally associated with watching movies.

AOC Q2963PM 21:9 SuperWide Monitor
The AOC Q2963PM 21:9 SuperWide Monitor arrived well packaged and was incredibly easy to set up. I found the 21:9 29″ panel a little strange at first (almost like viewing through a letter-box), but after a couple of days I got used to the new format.

AOC Q2963PM 29″ UWHD MyMulti-Play AH-IPS Monitor Review
When I first got this panel in to have a look at, I didn't honestly know what to make of it. Considering that it is far from the typical 16:10 and 16:9 aspect ratios that we have been very much used to for a number of years now, having a panel that is super wide and isn't as tall as I have used up...
Pros:
- Super wide 21:9 aspect ratio
- Wide range of display connections available including MHL-HDMI and DP-out
- Ultra thin bezel
- AH-IPS panel with great colour reproduction
- VESA mountable
- PIP and PBP input modes
Cons:
- No height adjustment
- USB hub would be a welcome addition

Very good- great deal
Really nice monitor for the price. The extra-wide format is really great when gaming. Dead Space 3 made me feel like I was in a movie theater without a HUD. Color quality is better than my previous Acer monitors, and it's refresh definitely seems good enough.
