The AOC E2460SD-TAA is an energy-efficient 24-inch monitor offering solid gray-scale and viewing-angle performance at a reasonable price, though its middling color accuracy and limited feature set hold it back. The AOC E2460SD-TAA is a bare-bones 24-inch monitor that is both affordably priced ($234.99) and Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant. In a nutshell, the Trade Agreement Act requires that U.S. government agencies only acquire products made in the U.S. or in a TAA-approved country, such as Mexico, which is where this monitor was assembled. The E2460SD-TAA( at Amazon) delivers rich, albeit somewhat skewed, colors and does a relatively good job of displaying the gray scale without drawing much power, but you don't get much in the way of features with this model. Design and Features The E2460SD-TAA uses a nondescript, matte-black cabinet with thin (0.6-inch) bezels. Its 24-inch twisted nematic (TN) panel has a maximum resolution of 1,920-by-1,080, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a non-reflective, anti-glare coating.
