A large curved panel is often the solution that may just get a panel to fit a smaller space as the curve allows slightly more to be shown in a smaller desk area. First however your eyes need to discount the fact that the curve is there.

Four or five years ago, gaming monitors were pretty expensive. Picking up a single gaming feature, like 144Hz refresh rate, might have tacked-on more than $100. Using anything besides TN panels was virtually impossible.
Shopped around for a few months for the best bang for the buck on a monitor and settled into this model. Pictures is great, no dead pixels on the panel as far as I can tell. The description only provides tilt of the panel on the stand, I made some assumptions based on the number of pictures of the...
Curved gaming screens are starting to go mainstream, and they're getting bigger. Samsung upped the ante to 32in 18 months ago with the C32HG70 , and Iiyama lowered the price for that diagonal more recently with the G-MASTER G3266HS-B1 . Now AOC is splitting the difference with the CQ32G1.
Good value for 32in curved screen; 2,560 x 1,440 resolution; Decent colour accuracy when calibrated; 144Hz refresh; AMD FreeSync
Strange gamma options; Faithful colour requires calibration; No USB hub
If you're in the market for a new monitor, the AOC CQ32G1 could well be the one that finally makes you get out your wallet. It's large, responsive and colour-accurate, making it ideal for both everyday computing and competitive gaming.
Great price for a screen this size; Very responsive; Excellent image quality
Not the brightest display in the world; Limited stand adjustments
I'm really pleased with this monitor. I just upgraded my graphics card to an RTX 2070, and with my old 22" 1080p 60Hz monitor the new GPU was only using about 30% of it's power. So I searched for an affordable, higher res 144Hz monitor to go with it and thought this was too good to be true when I...
The size is quite perfect, not too big and not too small. The images are soo defined and crystal clear while gaming. It renewed my interest in a game I had not played in a while and had no major interest in playing again. This monitor is quite amazing.
With its huge, high-quality panel and excellent gaming performance, this superb display outshines far pricier rivals
