$250, that is what I spent. What I got was structural design that is beneath what should be excellence from Germanic/Austrian engineering. Firstly everything is great about this headset, and I don't want to take away anything from the fine engineers that did the good stuff.
Fantastic Electronics and Sound
Structural problem turns it into a $250 piece of garbage
If noise cancellation is your top priority, the aforementioned Bose QuietComfort 20 is still your best bet. There are other headphones with solid audio performance and decent noise cancellation, such as the Plantronics BackBeat Pro , the Samsung Level Over , and the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless ,...
Powerful, balanced audio performance; Solid noise cancellation; Can be used passively; Includes removable cable; Comfortable design that folds down for easy stowing
Noise cancellation creates audible hiss; Not for those seeking booming bass

Lightweight, easy to fold for storage/transportation; Fantastic sound with noise cancelling feature

I've reviewed a few noise canceling headphones over the years and one constant in all those reviews is that noise canceling alters the sound of whatever music you're playing-and not in a good way.
Noise Canceling is audibly invisible; Comfortable; Well made; Accurate; yet easy to enjoy audio
Clamping a bit too tight for people who wear glasses; Fitting in case is too tight
The strong noise cancellation of the AKG by HARMAN N60nc headphones is backed up by amazing bass response and a complete package of accessories.
The accessories; The absolute power; The design
Washy mid-range; Charging cable; Clamp it up
Generally, the AKG N60 NC are fantastic headphones. They sound great. They feel great. They're effective at cancelling out all but the worst of ambient noise. They're not particularly cheap, costing around the same price these days as the Bose QuietComfort 25 (the wired version of the QuietComfort...
I bought these after borrowing a pair for a recent international flight. Prior to this flight, I was all about Bose NC headphones. These headphones are so much more comfortable and the sound cannot be touched by Bose. They have great NC, although admittedly the Bose NC is probably better.
Can feel snug for the first couple times; Once broken in, they are extremely comfortable
The AKG N60 NC Wireless are a pair of on-ear noise-cancelling headphones that come from good stock. The wired AKG N60 NC , released in 2015, are a superb set of cans – and losing the physical connection only serves to make them better.
Excellent sound; Lightweight; Collapsible design; Good noise cancellation
Could have more padding on the headband; No NFC
A winning combination of great sound and isolation make these AKGs ideal travel companions
Clear, punchy sound, Musical; balanced, Effective noise-cancellation, Very portable, Smart design
Nothing
