Overheating. Save your money.

I got one of these for just over $30 US. The first thing I did was to fill it with 32MB files and shred those files by overwriting random binary data 6 times using a program I wrote several years ago. The card was quite warm after this but I didn't think much of it at the time.

Great memory card to buy if you are working with video or large file images. Holds a lot of information and is very fast. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at memory cards.

A-DATA SDHC CLASS 10 16GB

High tech card that genuinely writes and reads quick. I have utilised this card to record movies with my Conon G7, back up my wife's tough drive directory-files and load them on her new really hard drive, and transfer patches for games.

While the data storage seems to be stable I am not impressed by the casing which is made of brittle plastic and has, under normal handling with a digital DSLR, broken at the base end where you hold the card to insert into the camera, on two of three Adata SD cards I have.

4 out of 4 working

I using this card in HD ip cameras. Purchased 4 of of this sd card for ip cameras They installed just fine and cameras formatted and recorded to this sd card no issue except one. I had mistakenly on one of the cameras set it to recorded full Time.

Works just fine in HD ip camera; read other thoughts
