007 Legends is a first-person shooter where the the player takes control of iconic British secret agent James Bond (the game features the likeness of the most recent Bond actor, Daniel Craig).

007 Legends

As a lifelong James Bond fan, the prospect of a game that took you through some of the long-running series' most memorable moments was pretty exciting. And 007 Legends managed to completely kill that excitement long before I finished the game's opening chapter drawn from the Goldfinger film.

007 Legends PS3 Review

007 Legends Cover Image © Activision The movie tie-in genre is a notoriously mocked and reviled one and so perhaps there should be little surprise at the artistic failure of "007 Legends." However, this one hurts more than something like "Monsters vs.

007 Legends review

You may have noticed the James Bond film franchise celebrating its fiftieth birthday recently. Starting with the release of a documentary charting its story and climaxing with the release of the 23 rd film Skyfall, Bond has been everywhere.

Multiplayer is solid; Gameplay is broken up, making it less of a slog.

Mind-numbing QTE segments; A shameless CoD clone; When asked his name, Bond replies with just "James Bond".

Shocking...Mr. Bond

If you are considering purchasing this game, save your money. The graphics and specs of this game are appauling, it would have been awesome, had it been released in 2007. There is one driving section of the game in Die Another Day, which lasts around 3.5 minutes and the guns and gadgets are so...

Despite cinematic dissimilarities, I was still in awe when I started 007 Legends and experienced the iconic scene from Goldfinger . It was satisfying to witness it again, depicting Shirley Eaton's deceased character covered in gold paint, even if it was through a different medium.

007: Legends

Designed to commemorate James Bond's 50th anniversary in film, 007 Legends take players through a handful of the British spy's cinematic exploits, with one slight catch: as with Activision's reboot of GoldenEye, each movie adaptation stars Daniel Craig's likeness instead of the original actors.

007 Legends Review

There is a tiny hope every time I get my hands on a licensed game that it will be as good as Batman: Arkham Asylum, probably the best licensed game of all time (with the possible exception of its sequel). Usually these hopes are dashed to pieces scant minutes after starting the game.

Judi Dench; Decent weapon customization

The gameplay is derivative and has not one single redeeming quality; Poor visuals; The license offers such a wonderful opportunity

007: Legends review

007 Legends was intended as homage to almost 50 years of James Bond films. Instead, it looks and plays like an embarrassing cash-in.

Four-player split screen multiplayer

Featuring interminable loading times; lifeless cutscenes; and tedious gameplay; 007 Legends is outdated in almost every way.

Eurocom's 007 Legends is a game about falling. We see it in the way the opening minutes feature Daniel Craig's James Bond plummeting into a river after a friendly sniper accidentally shoots him off a speeding train, and we experience it in the way this latest installment in the long-running...

Local; split-screen multiplayer mode can be fun

Horrible stealth mechanics; Punch-Out-style boss fights are dull; Lackluster presentation; Story is hard to follow if you're unfamiliar with the movies
