It does't have Pause feature while recording. Every time need to use Stop and Start button which creates multiple video clips.

This SONY videocamera is great. it is very easy to use, with everything set up in a very intuitive fashion so there is no need to go to the instruction manual. I especially love that it allows you to take still photos right while you're taing your video, without stopping and switching.

For the price, this is a nice, easy to use, small, light weight camcorder. But, picture quality (sharpness of recorded video) no matter the setting is less than desirable.
