Hard to connect printer to Mac

For some reason, this printer always appears offline when I try to connect to it via my Mac and iPhone. The printer settings show the wifi strength to be strong, and that the printer is online But it can take up to an hour for it to be found on my computer when trying to print something, which is...

Brother MFC-J5320DW

Although things may change slowly in the world of printers, you can now get more for your money than a few years ago. For just under £100, Brother's MFC-J5320DW offers an all-in-one with duplex print, touchscreen control, wireless connection and A3 paper handling.

Front-panel USB socket; Straight-through paper feed; Wireless print

Mediocre print quality; Noisy at 70dBA on feeds; Flimsy output tray

Brother MFC-J5320DW A3 Business Colour Multifunction All in …

The ink cartridges are easy to access and install. The A4/A3 paper drawer is cleverly designed - when filled with A3 it sticks about 15 cm out in front of the printer, but is flush with the design when filled with A4 paper. It has Wireless and Ethernet. The touchscreen panel is really nice.

Do not buy

I've had this printer a week and ready to throw it out the nearest window. Un-user friendly. Difficult to set up. Especially if you have ethernet internet connection.

reliable and robust

A great printer for the price. May be a bit dated now, and the ability to fax rather puts it back into the 20th century but the print quality is good, the ink is (as always) overpriced, but lasts longer than most.

Good printer

Prints well, quality is good. Many ways to connect to print wired or wireless. Can be a bit slow at printing depending on which program you print from.

Great Printer/Price

If you want a printer that performs to a really good standard at a really competitive price then look no further than this Brother model. It is really reasonable to run and does just about all you need for a home multi function printer.

Brother MFCJ5320DW Inkjet MFP UP to A3 Print ($150 Cashback 1st to 30th April 2017 NZ Only) A4 Scan/Copy...

Good overall performance printing wise. I purchased printer because it had A3 Printing Option. The A3 Manual Feed took me a little adjusting and time to get it right but a good printer for home use.

Brother MFC-J5320DW review

Printers have been getting surprisingly cheap, but the price tag on Brother's MFC-J5320DW prompted a double-take. For not much over £100 this compact inkjet MFP can print, scan, copy and fax, all controlled via a colour touchscreen.
